The Mr. Rogers Mug

In our little coffee house in Wilmore, KY we have a little room we've designated Room 143. Room 143 is a throwback to Mister Rogers' 1-4-3 gesture which was special code for "I Love You." 

Love means a lot of different things to different people, but the kind that Fred Rogers espoused in his much loved (and much needed) television program Mister Rogers' Neighborhood is a kind of love that is as simple as it is pure. Three words. Words that we wish we were all better at conveying sometimes; words that we sorely need in a world continually frustrated and angry, sometimes filled with hate and resentment. 

We need figures like Mister Rogers to remind us daily (and then some) of the simplicity and necessity of an uncomplicated love that chooses us just because of who we are. This mug is a homage to that.
